About Me

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and have lived in Eastern Washington for most of my life. Before pursuing my career in Marriage and Family Therapy, I worked in social services at a crisis nursery, where I found my love of building individual relationships.

I have worked with adults, children, and adolescents in both individual and family settings. I love working with people from all walks of life and family structures and welcome people of all identities. Specifically, I have a passion for working with Adolescents and Children.

I approach all clients from a person-centered perspective and believe that every individual is unique and valuable. I choose to use an integrative approach where I enlist elements of CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Art therapy, Play therapy and Sand tray. I want to work collaboratively with you to help you develop and achieve your goals.

Education & Experience: I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist  (LMFT) in Washington State.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Whitworth University in 2016 and received my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2019 from Whitworth University, a COAMFTE accredited program. During my time in grad school, I completed a 1.5 year clinical internship with Spokane Public Schools, at the elementary and high school levels. I worked with the Whitworth Marriage and Family Therapy Wellness Center.
